Turmeric For Pain Management

Many of us suffer from arthritis and joint pain with seemingly no real help in sight.
Well that's simply not true...

Turmeric To The RESCUE!!!

"Turmeric has amazing ANTI- Inflammatory properties and has been used for pain management for thousands of years in eastern countries but did not become popular in western medicine until the early 1900's."

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) and several other species of the curcuma genus grow wild in the forests of Southern Asia including IndiaIndonesiaIndochina, nearby Asian countries, and some Pacific Islands including Hawaii.  All of these areas have traditional culinary and medicinal uses going back to pre-history.

"There are LOTS of choices for supplemental Turmeric, but be sure to check the purity.
Turmeric for pain management should be a standardized extract and be of no less than a 450 mg tablet or capsule."

But don't take my word for it...
Here is a claim on Turmeric from a big name in PAIN.

From The Arthritis Foundation.
"In a small 2012 pilot study, a curcumin product called BCM-95 reduced joint pain and swelling in patients with active RA better than diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)."

Turmeric benefits from the Arthritis Foundation.

If you still need another reason to use Turmeric for inflammation related to arthritis instead of other "over the counter medications"
take a look at this...

    Common ibuprofen side effects may include:
    • upset stomach, mild heartburn, nausea, vomiting;
    • bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation;
    • dizziness, headache, nervousness;
    • mild itching or rash; or.
    • ringing in your ears.

I personally like to take Tumeric powder as well as pills.
This product is one of my favorites.

This amazing tasting powder has Tumeric, Boswelia, cinnamon and a few others, and mixes well into a tall glass of almond milk.
great for after dinner pain relief.

If that alone isn't enough to convince you well...    I don't know what will.
Turmeric is all natural, natures pain reliever.

Enough said.

Tumeric is typically safe for just about anyone, but as with anything, you should consult your doctor if you are taking prescription drugs.

(legal disclaimer) "High doses of turmeric can act as a blood thinner and cause stomach upset. Avoid turmeric/curcumin if you take blood thinners such as warfarin (Coumadin), are about to have surgery, are pregnant or have gallbladder disease."
